Wouldn't it be great if you could access all the commands from one place? Look for the magnifying glass icon in the top left corner, or simply press (Alt + /) for a quick shortcut. If you regularly use Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, this shortcut will help you work faster. Just use Search the menu and type what you want to do, and you can immediately access various functions.
You can use all the functions from Search the Menus. For example:
To add a watermark in Google Docs, simply type "Watermark" and you can add a watermark right away.
To send a PDF file from Google Slides via email, simply click the magnifying glass and type "Email Google Slide." A window will pop up where you can enter your email information. You can send the email directly from this window and choose how you want to send the file attachment (e.g., as a link or as an attachment).
As long as you know what you want to do, you can enter the command in Search the Menus.
